First degree in quantity surveying, engineering or other numerate discipline. Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or Project Management Institute or Association for Project Manager or similar.

We are seeking a candidate with a good all round experience of project management and quantity surveying in the commercial real estate sector. The preferred candidate will have not less than 10 years post qualification experience with at least 3 years in a senior position.

Ambition, team leadership, a commercial approach, and excellent communications ability are of considerable importance for this post. The successful candidate will join a new team with an expanding workload, which will open promotion possibities for the right person.

English essential, with French and/or Arabic an advantage.

Professionally qualified in project management, quantity surveying or related disciplines for hotel and tourism projects.

It is expected that the candidates will have 5 or more years of experience of providing project and/or cost management services in the commercial real estate sector, with a preference for hotel and tourism experience.

Candidates should be highly motivated and ambitious to develop their career within our growing business. Candidates need to be effective communicators, numerate and good team players. Leadership skills will be an advantage.

English, with Arabic desirable.
