Europtima is taking part in the reconstruction of part of the Arcadia shopping center in Warsaw, Poland.

The area being reconstructed is designed to increase the comfort of customers through the expansion and architectural changes to be made in the dining area, and arranging a modern recreational and educational area for children.
Europtima's scope of work, at the designing stage, is to estimate the costs, valuation concepts, the concept of multi-disciplined valuation, the valuation of the construction project, tender project and the analysis of the General Contractors offer. During the construction phase Europtima, through our office in Poland, manages the costs of the investment.
Completion of the reconstruction works of parts of the ground floor, first and second floors is planned for the end of August 2014.
