The Europtima Group has opened a new office in the Libyan capital, Tripoli, where it will trade under the name of 'Algebra'. Launch projects for our resident team of project managers and quantity surveyors include shopping centres and mixed use developments.

Europtima has qualified as an assessor for BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) International through its Polish business and have launched a new service providing advice and certification of sustainable buildings.

BREEAM International, which has its origins in the UK, is designed for wide application. Green Buildings not only meet the growing commitment of investors to the environment, but can also provide competitive advantage in the market whether letting or selling a property.

The Gold Abacus is awarded in Poland each year by the SEKOCENBUD organization and their monthly publication ‘Licz i Buduj’ (“calculate & build”).

The SEKOCENBUD organization regularly analyzes and publishes current Polish construction market prices. They are a reputable source of market reports and prognosis - The majority of Cost Estimators in Poland refer to the unit prices published by SEKOCENBUD as grounds to their work.
