Role Purpose

EUROPTIMA is recruiting Quantity Surveying fresh graduates, for a number of opportunities across our offices in EUROPE and MOROCCO.

Responsibilities

Assisting in surveying, estimating and procurement
Updating internal management systems as needed
Preparation of Bills of Quantities
Preparation of Cost Plans
Reviewing contracts and tenders
Cost control
Reviewing Contractors’ Payment Applications
Preparing final accounts

Requirements

A Bachelors Degree
0-5 years of experience
A Travelled personality
Open attitude
Confident and team spirited
Capable of communicating with Clients and Colleagues
Agile with technology
RICS membership is a PLUS
