Role Purpose

EUROPTIMA is seeking remote expert services for the international! 
We are recruiting Quantity Surveyors, residing in Lebanon, to work REMOTELY for a number of opportunities across our offices internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in surveying, estimating and procurement
  • Updating internal management systems as needed
  • Preparation of Bills of Quantities
  • Preparation of Cost Plans
  • Reviewing contracts and tenders
  • Cost control
  • Reviewing Contractors’ Payment Applications
  • Preparing final accounts

Requirements

  • A Bachelors Degree
  • 0-5 years of experience
  • A Travelled personality
  • Open attitude
  • Confident and team spirited
  • Capable of communicating with Clients and Colleagues
  • Agile with technology
  • RICS membership is a PLUS
