Role Purpose

EUROPTIMA is seeking remote expert services for the international! 
We are recruiting Senior Quantity Surveyors, residing in Lebanon, to work REMOTELY for a number of opportunities across our offices internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining good relations with clients and their representatives
  • Managing cost & procurement
  • Managing Resources
  • Managing tenders, negotiations & contracts
  • Providing advice on contractual claims
  • Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
  • Preparation of cost plans, including early-stage strategic advisory

Requirements

  • Full-scale know-how in Quantity Surveying, Cost Consultancy & Cost Management
  • A Bachelors Degree
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • A Travelled personality
  • Open attitude
  • Confident and team-spirited
  • Capable of communicating with Clients and Colleagues
  • Agile with technology
  • RICS membership is a PLUS
