Europtima is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex construction projects across various business lines and join our dynamic team. This position, based in Muscat Oman, presents an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee several projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Responsibilities

    • Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and motivation to achieve project objectives.
    • Develop and implement project plans that align with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including project status, risks, and milestones, ensuring transparency and engagement.
    • Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure successful project execution.
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables.
    • Ensure that all project outputs meet established quality standards and align with stakeholder expectations.
    • Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance project management capabilities within the organization.
    • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and compliance.

  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in a senior role.
    • Being fluent in English and other languages is advantageous.
    • Strong leadership and motivational abilities, capable of inspiring teams and driving results.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to various audiences.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Ability to navigate changing priorities and manage competing demands effectively.
    • Familiarity with project management tools and software, as well as emerging technologies.

Europtima is seeking remote expert services for the international division. We are recruiting Quantity Surveyors, residing in Lebanon, to work remotely for a number of opportunities across our offices internationally.

  • Responsibilities

    • Assisting in surveying, estimating and procurement
    • Updating internal management systems as needed
    • Preparation of Bills of Quantities
    • Preparation of Cost Plans
    • Reviewing contracts and tenders
    • Cost control
    • Reviewing Contractors’ Payment Applications
    • Preparing final accounts
